The Opportunity is at a pivotal stage of its growth journey. With strong family ownership, experienced leadership, and clear ambitions for the future, the business is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to add independent perspective, strategic oversight, and governance strength at Board level.

This role is about trusted counsel and constructive challenge—supporting the CEO and Board to make confident, well-judged decisions as the business evolves.
