As part of our continued growth, we’re expanding our Field Sales team and looking for driven, customer-focused sales professionals who thrive in a target-led, face-to-face environment. What You’ll Be Doing Carrying out door-to-door sales in areas connected to our full-fibre network Building, managing and converting a strong pipeline of leads Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Planning your day effectively to maximise customer interactions Holding high-quality, informative conversations about our products and services Selling responsibly and transparently to minimise cancellations Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs Keeping CRM systems and sales applications fully up to date Acting as a local expert, sharing insights on your territory and competitors What We’re Looking For Proven success in customer-facing, target-driven sales roles (e.g. field sales, door-to-door, retail, utilities, promotions) Resilience, confidence and a positive mindset Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commitment to delivering excellent customer service Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points (essential) What’s in It for You?
