About the Role
Working across all warehouse operations, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily activities that ensure the smooth running of a large and busy distribution centre. From stock sorting to dispatch, picking and packing to online inventory, this is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same.
You'll be part of a hardworking and inclusive team, helping to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering excellent internal service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support all areas of warehouse operations as needed
* Move stock by hand, lift, or forklift truck (if licensed)
* Assist with sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching of stock
* Help with online sales processing and inventory tasks
* Maintain good housekeeping standards
* Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures
* Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team culture
About You
We’re looking for someone adaptable, reliable, and team-focused. You will also:
* Have good communication and time management skills
* Be self-aware and open to feedback
* Be willing to work flexibly in line with business needs
* Be able to manage workload and priorities with support
* Have a basic understanding of Health & Safety
* Have some basic IT skills
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience in a warehouse or e-commerce environment
* Experience operating forklift trucks
