Joubert Law Firm is seeking a professional, positive, and self‑motivated Office Operations Coordinator & Director of First Impressions to join our team in Baton Rouge.

This key front‑line team member plays a vital role in shaping the client experience and ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling phone communication, greeting clients, and assisting with essential administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and prompt responsiveness;
  • Greeting clients, visitors and delivery personnel warmly, while creating an exceptional and welcoming first impression that reflects the firm’s values;
  • Supervising and coordinating runner activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to firm standards;
  • Maintaining a pristine and organized reception area that projects professionalism and attention to detail;
  • Maintaining accurate records with regular updates within the firm’s case management software system;
  • Procuring office supplies and materials, maintaining adequate inventory levels for smooth operations;
  • Maintaining current and organized password management systems for reception and runner staff access;
  • Performing additional administrative duties as assigned to support overall firm operations and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Our ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience working as an office manager, receptionist or similar role.
  • Must pass a background check.
