Louisiana Pond Management is a fast-growing company currently entertaining resumes for assistant office manager. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter, with a willingness to learn & grow. Office management, people skills, communications/writing and continuing education are required. This is a full-time position with health insurance & an employer-matched IRA. Salary will be based on experience, growth, and acquiring skill sets relevant to the company.

- Document treatments & management activities
- Microsoft, Google Docs/Sheets experience
- Payroll experience with ADP
You will be required to:
- File
- Answer phones/Customer care & management
- Load products in Quickbooks
- Request certificates of insurance
- Place orders for chemicals and equipment
- Monitor Google docs/sheets for tasks & scheduling
- Manage job tickets to and convert to invoices in a timely and organized manner.
- Inventory assistance warehouse
- Accept and manage payments
You will be required to learn to:
- Communicate effectively & professionally with customers (conversation control, educating, listening, presenting).
- Maintain office supplies
- Identify aquatic plants
- Study/learn equipment and chemicals uses in operations
- High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Because of the financial nature of the position, you will be required to submit a background check prior to hiring.
- A long work history
- Experience with product entry/pricing in Quickbooks
