JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

- Coordinate all administrative functions and provide multifaceted administrative support to department management and staff.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate incoming mail, maintain the calendar, and make travel arrangements.
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, and departmental events.
- Manage correspondence and routine documents and presentations with minimal direction.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, interoffice correspondence, and copies.
- Handle invoice processing, supply equipment procurement, training records, and other administrative affairs.
- Manage multiple assignments, work within deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of departmental issues.
- Proactively forward work issues to appropriate managers/supervisors.
- Run and track projects and programs associated with senior management administrative support, accurately producing reports and presentations using appropriate software.
- Education:
Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in related field (no four‑year degree required). - Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience. - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
None specified. - Certificates / Licenses:
Must be EEI SASS test recommended.
- Office environment with minimal physical requirements.
- May be required to work additional hours, alternate locations, or perform additional duties during storms, outages, emergencies, or other situations as deemed necessary by the company.
