The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines. Through the use of company‑provided tools, the Inventory Specialist will document vehicle condition within company standards, which includes a complete inventory and supporting photographs of each vehicle. Using a system of priorities, the Inventory Specialist will direct the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory.

Finally, by thoroughly understanding Copart policy, the Inventory Specialist will facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customers' needs.

• Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
• Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine the operational capability of motor vehicles and complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual skill a plus.

$18.00 – $20.29 per hour.
