Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills with Windows 7 and Office 10
- Typing speed of 35-45 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in collections, customer service, or automated dialing systems

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training

The selected incumbent will locate debtors and establish payment plans using investigative methods, including internet searches, reports, criminal histories, and records from other states. They will contact debtors, handle disputes, and manage incoming and outgoing calls, including setting up payment arrangements and credit/debit card payments.
Job duties include contacting delinquent borrowers, verifying and updating demographic information, employing collection tools like skip tracing, sending demand letters, negotiating repayment plans, and possibly initiating administrative wage garnishments. They will review accounts, recommend actions, and monitor payment arrangements until debts are resolved.
