Summer Internship

Arkel is seeking motivated students for paid internship opportunities during the summer and potentially throughout the academic year. Our internship program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, providing hands‑on exposure to the construction industry while supporting professional growth and career development.

Depending on your interests and academic focus, interns may gain experience in:

• Estimating & Pre-Construction
• Project Management
• Field Operations

Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and observe various aspects of the construction process, gaining valuable insight into both field and office operations.

Each intern is paired with a dedicated mentor who provides guidance, support, and regular feedback throughout the program. Interns receive a final evaluation highlighting strengths, accomplishments, and opportunities for continued growth.

This is a paid internship position. Interns are compensated on an hourly basis with weekly pay. Compensation is based on relevant experience and academic qualifications.
