The
Deep Foundations PM/Estimator
is responsible for preparing deep foundations construction cost estimates and managing the overall project lifecycle. This role includes preparing proposals with detailed cost, technical, and commercial responses, analyzing project drawings and specifications to develop estimates (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors), and participating in post-bid Q&A and contract negotiations. The PM/Estimator will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure safety, schedule, and profitability goals are achieved.

During construction, they will oversee day-to-day project work, coordinate with the project team, and recommend adjustments as needed. The candidate will also lead safety, quality, and execution programs through active leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of deep foundation and geotechnical projects, including Driven Pile, Sheet Pile, Auger Cast-In-Place, Drilled Shaft, Helical Pile, and Drilled Displacement Pile, among others.
