GPAC is partnering with a reputable commercial roofing company that needs a seasoned Roofing Superintendent. As Superintendent you will lead crews, manage safety and quality, and ensure projects stay on schedule.

• Manage crews of field personnel on commercial roofing sites.
• Identify and correct safety‑related issues, ensuring all crew members meet OSHA safety standards.
• Collaborate with the project supervisor to set daily goals and direct the crew to meet them.
• Coordinate project activities with interior operations of the building.
• Protect the building and its contents during all roofing activities.
• Understand the overall roof assembly and oversee the proper installation of materials into a complete, functional roofing system.
• Diagnose how roofing materials and systems interact and conduct repairs to existing roofing systems.
• Communicate with crew members, the project supervisor, and/or business owner as required.
• Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion.

• At least 2 years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience communicating with clients and representing a reputable company.
• Prior management experience with field personnel.
