Graphic Designer
Location: Baton Rouge – Downtown
About the Role:
A leading professional services firm is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join its Baton Rouge team. This role will focus on creating high-quality visual content for digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Design branded materials: brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media posts, presentations, event signage, and website content
- Create graphics for internal communications and external campaigns
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, X, Facebook)
- Collaborate with internal teams on practice‑specific marketing needs
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Assist with video editing and multimedia projects
- Track social media performance and engagement metrics
- Stay current on design trends and best practices for professional services
- Design visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal use, proposals, and client presentations
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in‑house)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts
- Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; experience in legal or professional services a plus
