Commercial HVAC Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Dispatcher to support our service technicians and customers.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour + performance-based bonuses

• Answering incoming calls
• Receiving service requests via incoming calls, emails and account managers
• Dispatching commercial Service Technicians
• Scheduling routine/ annual maintenance
• Responsible for building small quotes for technicians
• Close out calls with technicians after service calls - insure invoices are closed out properly and material are allocated correctly
• Time allocated and time spent on jobs is correct on invoices and time card
• Order parts as needed
• Warranty registration
• Daily work in Service Titian

• Commercial HVAC Dispatching experience
• Experience with Service Titian, Field Edge, in-house pro, or similar dispatching software
• High attention to detail
• Advanced customer service skills
• Basic accounting or AR experience is ideal
