Base pay range$69,500.00/yr - $95,500.00/yr

As an Architect Professional in our Data Centers group, you’ll contribute to projects that enable the heart of our clients’ successful data center facilities engineering, design and construction. In this hybrid US location flexible role you will work in a multi‑discipline, highly interactive team to successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation and specification of engineered systems and products.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with designers and engineers as Architect/Architectural Designer to engage clients, subcontractors and deliver construction documents for advanced data center facilities.
- Plan and conduct work requiring judgment, evaluation and adaptation of architectural techniques and criteria.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control.
- Check calculations of others’ work.
- Collaborate with other designers to develop layout, technical design, construction drawings, specification, and model creation.
- Attend project meetings and actively resolve concerns and problems across all disciplines.
- Participate in and champion internal, cross‑discipline, and external project quality reviews.
- Support field construction efforts, including reviewing submittals, responding to questions from clients and contractors, and performing field walks.
- Perform technical and business presentations with clients and employees.
- Perform quality reviews on designs performed by others.
- Participate in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for process‑specific work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited Architectural program.
- Professional Architectural License and be able to be licensed in multiple states.
- 1‑2 years of professional Architectural Design experience.
- Expert‑level proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes and applicability to industrial facilities.
- Understanding of scopes of work, developing budgets, and reviewing schedules.
- Ability to work well across multiple teams and lead small architectural teams.
- Master’s degree in Architecture (ideal).
- Experience with designing data centers and industrial manufacturing facilities (ideal).
