  Provides direct patient care in the office and other locations, develops treatment plans, and assesses patient responses, ensuring high-quality healthcare services.

  Provides high-quality emergency care on an on-call basis and in rotation with other physicians (

• Quality and Performance Improvement:
  Investigates new techniques, practices, and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency, and participates in quality improvement programs and efforts.

  Collaborates with other physicians to ensure high-quality, technologically advanced healthcare services.
• Education and Training:
  Participates in educational programs, in-service meetings, and training sessions to share expertise and promote growth.
