Responsibilities

• Work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients.
• Operate in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment.
• Use Revolution EHR software (if offered) and have tech and pre‑testing support.
• Use an automated on‑line appointment book and patient recall system.

Compensation

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
