Required qualifications include an M.D. or D.O., successful completion of an approved Orthopedic Surgery residency program, a Fellowship in Orthopedic Hand Surgery, board eligible/certified in Orthopedic Surgery, CAQ or CAQ eligible in Hand Surgery.
