Dermatology Physician

Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Position Type: Full-Time (Mon Thurs; optional half-day Fridays as volume grows)

A thriving, well-established dermatology practice near Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist to join its highly respected team. This practice has experienced significant growth and serves a wide-ranging patient population, from pediatric to geriatric. Although already extremely successful, the group is excited to welcome a dermatologist who will bring a positive presence, collaborative energy, and long-term commitment to the community.

• High-volume, well-organized dermatology group with an exceptional local reputation

• Strong clinical support staff, including two experienced PAs

• Broad patient demographics and clinical variety

• 90% medical dermatology, 10% cosmetic

• Strong operational infrastructure allowing providers to see patients per day with efficiency and support

• Lead dermatologist overseeing two seasoned PAs

• Monday Thursday schedule with the potential for a half-day Friday as demand continues to grow

• Ability to practice a wide range of medical dermatology, with optional cosmetic services

• Competitive base salary of $350,000 depending on experience

• Additional earning potential through negotiable percentage of collections
