What We Offer You
- Outpatient Practice Model: Full-time role focused on ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related care
- Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team: Work alongside a C&A psychiatrist, NP, fellows, residents, externs, MAs, and RN support
- Predictable Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no evenings or inpatient duties
- Light Call Structure: Consult-only call shared 1:8 on weekends; no holiday or overnight requirements
Who You Are
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Open to experienced physicians and 2025 graduates
- Eligible for H1B or J1 visa sponsorship
- Comfortable in a teaching and collaborative practice setting
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 guaranteed with quality bonus opportunities
