This is a full-time, on-site role in Baton Rouge, LA, for an ESS Paraprofessional at Magnolia Woods. The ESS Paraprofessional will assist teachers in the classroom, support students with special needs by providing individualized instruction and assistance, and help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include managing classroom materials, supervising students during activities, and collaborating with colleagues to implement educational plans.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students
• Experience working with children or students, particularly those with special education needs
• Organizational and time management skills to maintain an efficient classroom environment
• Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college courses in education or a related field are a plus
• Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Previous experience in an educational setting or paraprofessional role is preferred
