We seek a highly motivated and qualified candidate for a full‑time, faculty position at a rank commensurate with experience to join the Epidemiology and Population Health Program in the School of Public Health. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the launch and development of our new Master of Public Health (MPH) program, with a concentration in Epidemiology and Public Health on the Louisiana State University Baton Rouge campus.

Assist in developing and teaching graduate‑level courses in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, and Public Health. Contribute to the curriculum design and implementation of the MPH program, mentor and advise MPH students in their academic progress. Participate in service activities at the departmental, college, and university levels and collaborate with public health agencies and community organizations to foster practical learning experiences for students.

Applicants must hold a doctorate degree in a public health discipline. Evidence of teaching excellence in higher education, preferably at the graduate level. Additional experience or interest in program development is highly desirable, along with expertise in innovative teaching methodologies, including online and hybrid course delivery. Successful candidates will receive a competitive salary.
