Teach For America in Greater Baton Rouge seeks a temporary Community Conversation Facilitator to host belonging-focused conversations over meals with 1st and 2nd year corps members, in person. You will train, rehearse, facilitate the ~1 hour sessions, and debrief for 30–60 minutes, with conversations scheduled in winter 2026 and spring 2027.
