Our solutions cover pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns across Oil & Gas, power generation and other process industries.

• Diagnosing machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications.
• Responding to customer‑required travel in a timely manner while bringing all necessary diagnostic equipment.
• Documenting findings and recommendations.
• Engaging in professional communications with customers and team members.
• Determining and directing placement of balance weights.
• Performing asset management / reliability service studies.
• Preparing timely work order requests, quick quotes and invoicing packages.
• Assessing job site safety.
• Understanding terms and conditions commitments.
• Installing transducers and configuring monitoring systems.
• Completing job alignment using reverse dial, laser, optical methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience (energy and/or oil & gas) ideally with vibration analysis.
• Availability for extensive travel, up to 70%, and significant overtime.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain a passport).
• Eligible to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Credential).
• Eligible to travel overseas and/or work on offshore platforms on occasion.

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of reliability services.
• ISO certification for vibration analysis.
• Demonstrated authority and assurance in dealing with people.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts.
• Experience working under stressful conditions.
• Project management skills.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office).
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and a hands‑on approach.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and understanding mechanical prints.
• Knowledge of rotating machinery operation and control systems.
• Knowledge of machinery protection and management systems.
• Knowledge or experience with at least one of the following: mechanical vibration, rotating machinery vibration and/or diagnostics, rotodynamic analysis, Pd.M. data acquisition/evaluation, machinery balancing and alignment.
• Knowledge of Bently Nevada products and services.
• Basic familiarity with computer network systems.
