Join Waggoner Engineering as a Senior Hydrology & Hydraulics Manager/Design Engineer in Baton Rouge, LA. This role involves project-based functions and technical tasks within the Water/Wastewater department.

• Provide technical and leadership guidance in hydrology and hydraulics disciplines.
• Facilitate staff development and discipline growth.
• Design and analyze drainage systems, stormwater management, floodplain mapping, hydraulic structures, and more.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and ensure quality client deliverables.
• Hire, mentor staff, and perform performance reviews.
• Collaborate with business development to pursue new opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, including client interaction and supervisory roles.
• PE licensure in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 4 months.
