We’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our group of civil engineers in the Central region of the US. In this role, you will join multi-disciplined teams in the planning, design and construction engineering site-development projects for our wide range of municipal and private clients.

• Assist with the preparation of site plans, technical reports, design drawings, contract documents, cost estimates and permit applications for projects.
• Develop land development plans and attend municipal meetings.
• Design site grading, building layouts, access road design and stormwater management for various sites.
• Design linear infrastructure (piping, force mains, drainage) for various sites, including water and wastewater treatment plants.
• Navigate local, county and state regulations and permitting requirements.
• Provide mentorship and development advice to junior level staff.

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Current Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas preferred or ability to file for licensure within 1 year.
• 5‑10 years of project experience in land development; experience in multiple states a plus.
• Familiarity with engineering modeling software including Hydro
  
  CAD, Sewer
  
  GEMS, HEC‑RAS.
• Knowledge of engineering drafting software by Autodesk (Civil 3D) and ability to work closely with CAD professionals.
• Experience with presentations at zoning hearings and other public meetings.
