Vibration Monitoring Site Engineer

Join Baker Hughes’ Turbo machinery and Process Solutions team as a Vibration Monitoring Site Engineer. This embedded (onsite) engineer role will be located at an LNG Site in Sabine Pass, TX, in the Gulf Region. You will evaluate asset condition, recommend corrective actions, build customer relationships, manage contractual obligations, and meet financial and service commitments.

• Perform Rotating/Reciprocating Machinery Diagnostic Services on industrial and turbo machinery using Bently System 1® monitoring software.
• Diagnose machinery problems based on vibration data, operational data, and customer communications at the LNG facility.
• Complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
• Document findings and recommendations internally via the web portal and for customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in vibration defect analysis and corrective action recommendations.
• ISO CAT II vibration certification.
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as required.
• Obtain a TWIC card within 90 days of employment, if not already held.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional computer skills, including MS Office proficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

• Knowledge of Bently Nevada System 1 vibration monitoring platform.
• ISO CAT III or higher certification.

• Monday‑Friday, standard work hours – OT eligible.
• Must work onsite in Sabine Pass, TX; relocation assistance may be provided per company policy.
