• Perform field and laboratory testing for building envelope, forensic investigation, and specialized testing.
• Assist with preparation of reports, proposals, and project documentation.
• Interact with senior staff on a variety of projects.
• Schedule and oversee facilities technicians.
• Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by NAAB or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required.
• In lieu of education, 4 years as ECS Facilities Staff Associate or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required.
• Experience with non-destructive testing preferred.
• Professional certifications such as NRCA/IIBEC, AWCI Certified EIFS Inspector preferred.
• Facilities certifications required for all types of testing performed, in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy.
