Advanced Field Service Engineer

Overview

As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for IA solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
• Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
• Experience with DCS systems or any other similar systems, PLCs and controls
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in project management and execution
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Technology
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry advancements
• Results-oriented approach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
