Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Senior Engineer – Municipal Wastewater and Water Systems for a direct hire opportunity with a leading municipal engineering firm. This in-office role focuses on the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Gulf South region.

• Lead and manage municipal water and wastewater projects from concept to completion
• Oversee engineering design tasks including detailed plans, specs, and bid packages
• Guide projects through permitting, bidding, and construction close-out
• Review shop drawings and conduct field inspections as needed
• Serve as a technical advisor and mentor for engineering staff
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and develop future work
• Manage utility relocation design and ensure regulatory compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Active PE license in Louisiana or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe
• 8+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure
• Strong grasp of closed pipe hydraulics and underground utility design
• Proven ability to manage small to mid-sized engineering projects
• Effective communicator with strong client-facing experience

• Primarily office-based with occasional site visits and client meetings
• Must be able to navigate active construction sites as needed
