This role supports field operations in a heavy civil construction environment by performing essential administrative, data entry, and project coordination tasks. The position is ideal for candidates seeking hands‑on experience in both office support and entry‑level engineering functions.

• Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and document organization.
• Maintain accurate records of timesheets, equipment logs, and vendor documentation.
• Collect and track craft and hourly timesheets daily.
• Input labor, equipment, and third‑party vendor commitments into Excel.
• Submit labor and equipment timesheets to respective departments.
• Compile backup documentation for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely reporting and documentation.
