ISC is seeking an experienced Electrical BIM / Revit Modeler to support complex Mission Critical and data center construction projects .

This position is ideal for a BIM/Revit professional with experience in electrical systems, telecommunications, low-voltage infrastructure, or MEP coordination who is interested in working on technically demanding construction projects.

The Electrical BIM / Revit Modeler will develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for power distribution, grounding, lighting, structured cabling, fiber, cable tray, equipment rooms, and other critical electrical and telecommunications systems .

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, project managers, designers, trade partners, and other disciplines to coordinate accurate, constructible, and project-compliant BIM models.

• Develop detailed 3D Autodesk Revit models for electrical and telecommunications systems.
• Model Mission Critical electrical infrastructure, including UPS systems, generators, power distribution units, remote power panels, grounding systems, and lighting systems .
• Develop models for structured cabling, fiber backbones, cable trays, pathways, racks, cabinets, and telecommunications equipment rooms .
• Model electrical equipment, raceways, distribution systems, supports, clearances, and associated components.
• Incorporate engineering drawings, specifications, equipment requirements, and project standards into coordinated models.
• Maintain accurate model content throughout the design and construction process.

• Produce construction-ready plans, diagrams, details, risers, schedules, layouts, and other project deliverables .
• Support the development of coordinated electrical and telecommunications installation drawings.
• Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and constructability.
• Incorporate design changes, coordination updates, and approved project revisions into BIM models and construction documentation.
• Help ensure deliverables comply with project requirements, client standards, and established BIM execution plans.

• Coordinate electrical and telecommunications models with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other building systems .
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, model reviews, constructability reviews, and design reviews.
• Use Navisworks or comparable BIM coordination software to identify routing, clearance, access, and system conflicts.
• Perform and support clash detection and clash-resolution activities.
• Communicate identified conflicts and coordination concerns to the appropriate project stakeholders.
