• Handling tax in a large, sophisticated organization and applying knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to complex issues.
• Leading teams and working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is essential.
• Leading a variety of tax planning projects, responsibilities and tasks for a diverse client base and providing up-to-date tax advice clients can rely on.

There isn’t an average day for a Seasonal Real Estate Tax Senior Manager, but you’re expected to contribute as a trusted advisor with strong software skills and the ability to handle complex data from multiple sources.

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of real estate tax experience in a professional services environment.
• Extensive knowledge in real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring.
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
• Business development within the market and a proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context.
• Ability to prioritize on multiple complex projects and strong influencing skills; willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• The salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $120/hr to $150/hr individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
