Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for helping clients find the best mortgage solutions by assisting with loan applications, performing initial consultations, and reviewing financial information. Day‑to‑day tasks include generating mortgage leads, analyzing credit histories, working closely with underwriters, and ensuring timely and accurate loan closings.

Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Loans
- Understanding of Underwriting processes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Finance and financial analysis related to mortgage services
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with industry‑specific software and tools is preferred
- Licensure as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or ability to obtain licensing where required
- Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae loan programs is a plus
