Local to Louisiana- Data Analyst- Grants Management

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.

Preferred:

• Master's degree (MBA, MPA, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, or related field).
• PMP certification.
• CPA, CGFM, or grants management certifications are highly desirable.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, cost allocation, grant administration, or government program support.
• Experience developing Cost Allocation Plans and financial models.
• Experience working with federal grants and compliance requirements.
• Cost Allocation Plans

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing cost allocation methodologies.
• Analyze personnel, IT, fiscal, policy, and administrative costs.
• Support development of cost pools and allocation bases.
• Create allocation matrices, formulas, and supporting documentation.
• Perform fiscal impact and reimbursement analysis.
• Support cost allocation methodology development.
• Assist with PACAP documentation preparation.
• Prepare compliance and assessment reports.
• Support federal claiming optimization activities.

Assist in responding to federal review questions and audit requests
