JOB TITLE: Medical Assistant / Scheduler

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

LOCATION: On-Site

We are seeking a Medical Assistant / Scheduler to support clinical operations through patient intake, vitals collection, appointment scheduling, reminder calls, and responding to scheduling requests. This role works closely with clinicians and administrative staff to ensure efficient and coordinated care delivery.

• Capture patient vitals and assist clinical staff as needed
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage client appointments
• Conduct appointment reminder calls and follow-ups
• Respond to scheduling inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate scheduling and patient records
• Support clinic workflow and communication

• Medical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with scheduling systems preferred

• Hourly rate: $17–$24 per hour (DOE)
