Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility required)

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly clinical staffing schedules for CNAs, PCAs, and nurses across Assistant Living, Highland Court Assisted Living, and Highland Court Nursing.
• Coordinate shift replacements, manage call-offs, and minimize agency utilization and overtime while ensuring compliance.
• Act as emergency licensed nursing backup during critical shortages, performing medication administration, clinical treatments, and assessments.
• Assist HR and management with post‑hire orientation, clinical documentation audits, staff compliance tracking, and administrative tasks.

• May require long hours or hours outside the normal work week.
• Required to participate in the departmental on‑call schedule.
• May be required to work weekends or holidays.
• Designated essential personnel for emergency situations (hurricanes, evacuation, fire, flood, etc.) and remain on campus during emergencies.

• Active Louisiana LPN or RN license.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in staff scheduling, clinical coordination, or a hospital/LTC setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Sound judgement and leadership under pressure.
