We are seeking a compassionate Bachelor's-Level Mental Health Professional with a degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field. This role provides direct behavioral health support services at an assigned facility site. The position is part-time and classified as ACA part-time status. Work hours are scheduled based on site needs and program demand and are designed not to exceed ACA full-time thresholds.

Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved site travel. Remote administrative work may be completed from home as appropriate.

• Provide direct client support services aligned with treatment plans
• Deliver client-facing services during scheduled hours based on site needs
• Complete documentation accurately and within required time frames
• Collaborate with clinical and site-based staff to support continuity of care
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities
• Comply with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards

• This is a part-time position scheduled based on site and program needs
• Hours are variable week to week and structured to remain within ACA part-time guidelines
• This position does not carry a guaranteed or fixed number of weekly hours

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
• Demonstrated interest in behavioral health and client-centered care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Hourly rate: $17–$23 per hour (DOE)
• Mileage reimbursement provided
