- Passionate about improving patients' quality of life through recreation and therapy
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical rehabilitation setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy required
- Certification as a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or eligibility within six months of hire strongly preferred
- Chauffeur's license preferred

What You Will Do:- Assess patients' functional performance levels and develop individualized recreational therapy plans based on interdisciplinary team input and established program standards.
- Implement therapeutic recreational activities to promote patient rehabilitation.
- Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure therapeutic interventions are appropriate for the age population served and aligned with departmental scope of service.
