An In Room Dining Server delivers high‑quality, timely guest service to ensure a favorable in‑room dining experience for hotel guests.

• Take hotel guests’ drink and food orders (must be 18+ to serve alcohol).
• Present featured food offerings, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Assemble guest food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Deliver orders to hotel rooms in a timely manner.
• Sweep hotel floors for service ware and return to kitchen.
• Ensure the workstation is properly stocked, clean, and regret service tables set up.
• Accurately close guest checks, recording correct room number and signature.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically.
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents; resolve issues while maintaining positive relationships.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and presence to interact with guests and team members.
