- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards for service delivery, work orders, asset management, and financial performance.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, reliable, and accessible for staff and leadership.
- Data Integration & Management
- Connect and integrate data across multiple systems (e.g., GIS, asset management, finance).
- Conduct data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with DPW goals.
- Produce regular reports and insights to support decision-making and track outcomes.
- Partner with DPW staff, IBTS program managers, and IT resources to align dashboard functionality with operational needs.
- Train staff in the effective use and interpretation of dashboards.
- Monitor dashboard performance, collect user feedback, and implement enhancements.
- Research and apply new data visualization tools and practices within project scope and budget.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, GIS, Public Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in dashboard development using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ArcGIS Insights.
- Knowledge of database management, APIs, and data integration processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with municipal operations, public works, or infrastructure-related data.
- Knowledge of FEMA reporting requirements, compliance frameworks, or government performance measurement.
- Familiarity with spatial data and GIS integration
