Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of data within our systems. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on project workload post-implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and management of core data elements including products, customers, and vendors.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
• Support data migration, validation, and cleanup tasks as part of system implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure compliance with business rules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Maintain documentation of data standards and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Prior experience in data entry, management, or administration related to product, vendor, or customer setup.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data-handling tools.

Additional Information:

• This role is based in Baton Rouge, LA and may require on-site work.
• Candidates must be available to work 40 hours per week.
