The Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General Liz Murrill, is seeking applications for an IT Tech Support/Analyst in the Administrative Services Division. Salary offered will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the candidate selected.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience);
• 5–7 years of relevant IT experience with 3–4 years of technical support experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong expertise with Windows 11, Microsoft 365 Apps, and Teams; proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, and Entra ;
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, Conditional Access, hybrid identity synchronization, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs), and peripheral device support;
• Knowledge of endpoint security, Endpoint Detection & Response systems, and Windows update management;

The IT Tech Support/Analyst will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for end-user systems, applications, and infrastructure within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires extensive experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 platforms, as well as a solid understanding of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, device management, and modern endpoint administration through Microsoft Intune and Entra  (Azure AD).
