We are a large, multi-specialty medical practice committed to delivering high-quality patient care supported by advanced healthcare technologies. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Representative to join our internal IT team. This role is essential in ensuring our providers and staff can deliver seamless care with reliable access to technology and systems.
Position Summary:
The IT Support Representative will provide day-to-day technical support for clinical and administrative staff across multiple locations. The successful candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, including support for Windows-based environments, Active Directory, and general hardware/software troubleshooting. Prior experience in healthcare or a high‑compliance environment is a strong plus.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to medical and administrative personnel
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory
- Troubleshoot and support Windows 11, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Support clinical systems, including EHR/EMR platforms (training provided as needed)
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, user guides, and system configurations
- Assist with hardware deployments, upgrades, and new employee onboarding
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security protocols, and IT best practices
- Collaborate with other IT staff to monitor network performance and maintain uptime across sites
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or multi‑site environment
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and general networking concepts
- Experience supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently

Basic Skills Required- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a healthcare or multi‑site environment
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows OS, and general networking concepts
- Experience supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests efficiently
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g. Epic)
- Experience with HIPAA‑compliant IT practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, remote desktop tools, and helpdesk ticketing systems
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP are a plus
