Senior Architect Oracle SaaS and Gen AI

Introduction

In Oracle Manage Services Offering the Offering Senior Architect Oracle SaaS and Gen AI will be a lead advisor on our Oracle Managed Global offerings. The candidate will be the point of contact (POC) for some of the innovative solutions, drive sales & adoption. They will create automation and Gen AI use cases and work with the development teams to deploy and test solutions.

The candidate works across the practice and IBM (Global Markets and Alliance Team) in a pre‑sales capacity to capture client goals that drive business value for our clients. The individual will develop and deliver market enablement for assets developed.

• Lead advisor on Oracle Managed Global offerings.
• Act as point of contact (POC) for innovative solutions, driving sales & adoption.
• Create automation and Gen AI use cases, working with development teams to deploy and test solutions.
• Collaborate with IBM (Global Markets and Alliance Team) in a pre‑sales capacity to capture client goals that drive business value.
• Develop and deliver market enablement assets.

• Identifying, building, deploying, and enabling automated and GenAI solutions and assets to manage Oracle Cloud (ERP and SCM) applications, which are either live or in flight (Manage portfolio).
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP cloud (finance) and Oracle SCM Cloud applications (SaaS).
• Craft innovative solutions for our managed clients, enhancing the business value of the solution.
• Provide Geo and Market adoption support; interact with client; educate on methodology and CoC offerings.
• Provide estimation inputs and work with internal teams in creating a compelling selling proposition for our managed clients.
• As an SME, be the point of contact (POC) for some of the innovative solutions, drive sales & adoption.
• Craft client response documents.
• Build enabling assets and lead POCs.
• Strong communication skills.

• At least 1 Oracle Cloud certification required.
• Experience with automation tools and have delivered automation technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end finance business processes and supply chain business processes.
• Deep understanding of the Cloud architecture (SaaS & PaaS), especially integrations will be essential.
• Experience in delivering managed (AMS) projects with strong results.
• Be a thought leader and trusted advisor with clients, having a strong POV on industry trends, delivery models, etc.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning or inside‑out sales would be desired.
• Been in a Lead role, reporting up to Project Leadership and Client Executives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and able to present solutions at different levels.
• Experience in innovating new solutions.
