We’re looking for a Senior SAP Project Systems Consultant to join EY’s Agile Business Transformation team. As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you’ll connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate models, elicit requirements, and ensure delivery of solutions that align with business strategy.

• Translate complex business requirementsարձ into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while engaging with clients.

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP capabilities, initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, and blueprint testing.
• Analytical prowess and decision-making based on a broad understanding of policies.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Proven track record of complex problem solving and relationship management.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably across multiple industries.
• At least one full implementation cycle focused on SAP Project System module with hands‑on configuration in:
  Project definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates, planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP.
• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules:
  Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting subcomponents, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, tasa Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources.
• Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics such as Results Analysis methods, Event‑Based Revenue Recognition, or Resource‑Related billing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Comfort researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems).
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications or industry experience in Accounting.
• A proactive approach to professional development.
• Ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.
