Title: Net Suite Implementation Manager

Location: Baton Rouge, LA / Natchez, MS

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Important: Candidates must have direct Net Suite implementation leadership experience. Experience implementing other ERP platforms without Net Suite experience will not meet the requirements for this engagement.

This position will require regular travel to company operations in Baton Rouge, LA and Natchez, MS
, with travel potentially reaching 100% based on project needs. The selected candidate must be comfortable working onsite with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and leadership throughout the implementation and go-live process.

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Net Suite Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation, migration, and go‑live of Oracle Net Suite across the organization.

This is a 6‑month contract engagement focused specifically on driving the Net Suite implementation through a successful production go‑live. The ideal candidate has successfully led multiple end‑to‑end Net Suite implementations and understands the complexities of ERP migrations, business process transformation, data conversion, system integrations, testing, and deployment.

This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for the implementation, working closely with executive leadership, Finance, Operations, internal stakeholders, and third‑party implementation partners to ensure the project remains on schedule, meets business requirements, and is ready for a successful launch.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of an active implementation, identify risks, drive decisions, and successfully lead the organization through go‑live. This is a hands‑on implementation leadership role rather than a long‑term IT strategy or operational management position.

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end Net Suite implementation, from the current project phase through production go‑live.
• Take ownership of the implementation roadmap, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall execution.
• Coordinate internal business teams, technical resources, and external Net Suite implementation partners.
• Ensure Net Suite configurations, workflows, and integrations align with business and operational requirements.
• Identify implementation gaps, project risks, and potential delays while developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Drive project accountability and ensure all teams meet established deadlines.

• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership to understand business requirements and ensure successful system adoption.
• Facilitate workshops, requirements discussions, process mapping, and design decisions.
• Ensure Net Suite supports key business processes, including financial management, procurement, inventory, order management, and operational reporting, as applicable.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve business processes during implementation.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Net Suite implementation partner.

• Oversee data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion.
• Coordinate integrations between Net Suite and existing enterprise applications or third‑party systems.
