Position Summary: A leading insurance carrier is seeking a Senior Underwriting Assistant / Client Service professional to provide high-level support for their accounts. This role blends client service, account management, and select underwriting responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates with experience in CSR, agency account management, or underwriting support.

• Serve as the main contact for clients and agents, addressing inquiries about coverage, rating, billing, and policy changes.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new applications in line with internal guidelines.
• Support underwriting for assigned accounts and assist with new business quotes as needed.
• Maintain accurate client fileshain, track pending items, and ensure timely processing of all policy actions.
• Collaborate with the team to support agency development and growth initiatives.
• Attend internal meetings and participate in continuing education.

• 4+ years’ experience in client service, CSR, account management, or underwriting support within insurance.
• Experience with Professional Liability or related insurance preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• P&C license and healthcare experience a plus.
• Proficiency inorin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet tools.

• Has a background combining CSRIcirectmanagement experience with some underwriting exposure.
• Experienced in Professional Liability or related insurance accounts.
• Strongঠন ability to manage client relationships, process policies efficiently, and support agency growth initiatives.
