GENERAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
To provide legal research and writing support to lawyers where needed and as assigned.
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- Motion Drafting
- Preparing for jury charges
- Drafting appellate briefs
- Ensuring the pleadings drafted satisfy applicable legal standards
- Keeping the trial department informed of assignments and status
- Conducting legal research
- Meeting with attorneys to discuss legal arguments
- Assisting members of the trial department, attorneys, and assistants as needed
