Capitol City Produce is seeking a strategic, results-driven Inbound Logistics & Brokerage Manager to oversee our entire inbound freight operation AND grow our external brokerage business. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up while optimizing existing operations!

What You'll Do:

• Lead all inbound freight operations—ensuring on-time, cost-effective deliveries
• Develop and execute our external freight brokerage strategy
• Negotiate carrier contracts and manage strategic partnerships
• Generate new business leads and build a robust customer pipeline
• Supervise the Freight Specialist and collaborate across departments
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and cost savings
