Overview

Call Center Manager position at Bath Planet, Baton Rouge, LA. Call Center Manager Wanted! Salary + Commission and Overrides: $60,000-$90,000. EZ Baths of Louisiana is a 10+ year old, multi-million dollar home improvement company seeking a Call Center Manager. We are one of the largest home improvement companies in the area with a recognized brand. The role will manage a team handling warm leads and oversee our internet marketing department related to lead generation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets for the Telemarketing Department.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to ensure marketing objectives stay within budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image across product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Directs promotion forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control call center and marketing programs.
  • Directs market channel development and coordinates lead distribution for sales territories with various goals and quotas.
  • Coordinates liaison between sales, marketing, and the call center.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performance against programs, quotas, and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Directs product research and development.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
